Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by courier with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping

When you place an order at Fruges, the order will not dispatch immediately but will be procured overnight and packed and dispatched the next day. All orders are delivered on the same day as when they are sourced in order to maintain freshness.

We deliver your order the next day in one of the three-time slots specified by you at the time of placing an order. The time slots are:

1. 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
2. 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm

The cut off time to place an order for next-day delivery is 12:00 am.

Example:

Orders placed before 12:00 am on January 1st will be delivered in one of the specified time slots on January 2nd.

Orders placed after 12:00 am on January 2nd will be delivered on January 3rd so be sure to order before 12:00 am if you want the produce the next morning.  

Returns:

In case you’re unsatisfied by the quality of the produce, you may ask for a refund or replacement within 36 hours and our riders will pick up the produce and refund the amount or have the products replaced. For meat and seafood, however, the replacement or returns policy only applies till when the order is delivered to you and you accept the order and pay the rider for it.
